Operations Manager London, UK/Hybrid
Odin Vision is a multi-award winning company that provides state of the art AI enabled software applications for endoscopic procedures to aid clinicians in the detection and diagnosis of disease, supporting higher quality care, improved patient outcome and better value for healthcare payers.
Odin Vision is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced full-time Operations Manager with experience working with distributors, supplier management, stock management, logistics and installation of computers used to access state of the art software.
You will also interact with end-users of our Medical Devices to organise on-site training, gather feedback and work internally to produce Marketing material through our release processes.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for operations management in the Company, this includes working with collaborators, customers, suppliers and end users to ensure the smooth development and delivery of products.
- Maintenance of CRM for the tracking of clients and sales pipelines
- Monitor the performance of the Approved Suppliers to ensure that they remain suitable
- Approve the selection of suppliers and maintain the Approved Supplier Register
- Logistics and installations, working alongside distributors
- Stock Management and Ordering
- Marketing and communications
- External Training
Qualifications
- Undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Operations or Business
- A valid driver’s licence
Experience
- Experience in Logistics
- Experience in Supplier Management
- Experience with Software applications and CRMs
Desirable for the role
- Experience in the Medical Device Industry
- Experience with a Quality Management System, preferability ISO:13485
