Executive Assistant - London, UK - Office Based
Odin Vision is a multi-award winning company that provides state of the art AI enabled software applications for endoscopic procedures to aid clinicians in the detection and diagnosis of disease, supporting higher quality care, improved patient outcome and better value for healthcare payers.
We are looking for a full time Executive Assistant to join Odin Vision who will help organize professional matters for the executive team. This role will be office based in central London.
What you'll do:
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Sign off and organize events
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Process expenses
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, and other external partners
- Support in the collection of information from the team
- Format information for internal communications, emails, presentations and reports
- Act as an office manager and support executives with administrative tasks
- Take minutes during meetings
- Organize and maintain the documents in google drive/MS One drive
This job reports directly to the CEO
Experience/Skills
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office/GSuite knowledge (including excel)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Flexible team player and willing to adapt to changes
